The Innovative Caregiving Award recipient is a caregiver that is using innovative methods to give the utmost care to their patients in the areas of home health care service, community or facility based, volunteer caregiver, and independent caregiver. Do you know anyone who has made advances in the rehabilitation of aging individuals? The Innovative Therapeutic/Mobility Services Award is given to someone who has excelled in special treatments/rehab advances or activities that improve the mobility of their patients. Nominate someone here.

Do you know of a healthcare community who is doing something like this? The Innovative Structural Design award is given to someone who has made mobility, adaptability, or overall older living challenges easier for older adults. Submit your nomination here by August 10. Five winners will be featured in the winter issue of Today's Transitions and the November issue of Today's Woman.

What Elder Support Services Have Wowed You?

Do you know of an outstanding outreach program for those who are suffering from specific diseases and/aging issues? Nominate it for the Innovative Support Service award, which is given to someone who has created programs to improve the quality of life for those who are suffering from certain illnesses.

Is your company doing something special like this one? The Innovative Healthcare Services award is given to someone who has enhanced the overall care of patients or improved the techniques used to care for their patients. The recipient of this award should show a desire to provide better care to patients, and develop new ways of managing their healthcare needs. The deadline for nominations is August 10.
