Help your loved one get more out of mealtimes
If your aging loved one isn’t eating enough or if mealtimes are proving difficult, remember this advice:
The elderly will eat and drink more if small amounts of food and fluids are offered frequently during waking hours. A large drink or plate full of food can appear overwhelming.
